Lanica comes to Sweat!Smithfield 24/7 with over a decade of experience in the fitness and personal training industry. She has served as the women's basketball strength and conditioning coach for multiple collegiate and high school programs as well as a personal trainer for individuals of all fitness levels. With a B.A. in Athletic Training, Lanica has also developed a strong understanding of human anatomy as it pertains to injury prevention and rehabilitation. Addicted to an active lifestyle, Lanica spends her free time running, playing and coaching basketball, softball, and golf.
Amanda was raised in Smithfield and grew up dancing. After starting a family she turned her love for dancing into a passion for fitness. Amanda started teaching group exercise classes in 2012 and achieved her ACE personal trainer certification in 2017. She has a high energy style and enjoys making exercise fun for her clients.
Andre` is a proud Smithfield resident and is the owner Fortified Fitness LLC with with his fiance Dana. He has more than 20 years of personal training experience working with athletes, teens, adults and seniors of all fitness levels. Andre` holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology as well as a Master's Degree in Sports Management. He enjoys reading, weight training and watching his daughters compete in gymnastics.
Becky is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and works full-time as the Employee Health & Wellness Coordinator for the City of Suffolk. She also holds specialty certifications as a Holistic Fitness Specialist and a Corporate Wellness Specialist. With her degree in Sports Medicine & Exercise Science from Old Dominion University, Becky has over 30 years of experience in athletic training, physical rehabilitation and fitness and takes particular interest in working with clients who have medical conditions affecting their well-being. As a Carrollton resident, Becky is the proud mamma to two amazing boys. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, jewelry design, gardening and chillin’ on the beach!

Basic Package: Best for those that have worked with a trainer before or have experience working out on their own with proper form. These individuals simply want a workout program to follow on their own and don’t need a lot of support to stay motivated.
Premium Package: Best for those that would like a trainer several days a week, but can also train on their own and have experience with a personal trainer. Weekly check-ins ensure that you’ll stay on track, and recorded exercise execution checks will keep your workouts safe and effective.
Premium Plus Package: Best for those that want 1:1 support and an all-encompassing training program. You’ll not only receive a full training program, but we will also go over lifestyle factors and plan out your days that don’t have scheduled workout to ensure you stay on track throughout your program. Recorded exercise execution checks will ensure that your workouts are safe and effective.
Custom Package: If the available packages don't quite fit what you're looking for, we'd be happy to customize a plan for you. Rate will depend on number of workouts offered each week and amount of support.
